Pulled Pork Sandwiches

2 lb Pork Tenderloin
1 cup Barbque sauce (I use a smokey flavor)
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1 envelope Onion Soup Mix
1 medium onion chopped, sliced, diced (whatever you prefer)

Coat a skillet with oil and get it super hot then braise the tenderloin on all sides. Place pork in crock pot. Mix other ingredients together and pour over the pork. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Pull the pork out of the crock and shredd with a fork. Put the shredded pork back into the crock and mix with the sauce. Serve on buns or hoagie rolls with cheese. This is yummy and even better as leftovers :)
