Pasta with Greens and Beans

This is super easy, and very healthy!

6 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped
4 c. Coarsely chopped broccoli rabe (escarole or spinach will also work)
1 1/2 c. cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
2 c. veg. broth
6 oz. pasta, cooked until al dente

Spray a large skillet with olive oil and add garlic, Cook over med. heat until softened - 5 min.
Add greens and beans, cook 2-3 min. Add broth and bring to boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 3 min, add cooked pasta and cook 2 more min.
Let stand 5 min before serving.
Top with Parmesan cheese.

*If I'm not baking I don't really mess with measuring cups, so I used a few spoonfuls of already chopped garlic, one bunch of fresh spinach, a can of beans and about 2 cups of water and a veg. bouillon cube. It was great :)
