Creamy Italian Crock Pot Chicken

1 packet Italian dressing mix
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
3/4 c. water
1 brick fat free cream cheese
1 can fat free cream of chicken soup
1 can mushrooms, drained

Place the chicken, dressing mix and water in crock pot. Cook on low 4-5 hours.

Heat cream cheese, soup and mushrooms in a sauce pan (to melt the cream cheese). Then add to crock pot and cook an additional hour.

Serve over rice or noodles. The sauce is super yummy!
